Perception of light. Crafted in a three-dimensional grid in cypress wood using the traditional Japanese woodworking technique Kumiko. The Kurenai Light Object is a fusion between traditional Japanese craftsmanship and a new Nordic perspective. The object combines the intangible, the light, with elements of form and structure that generates an ever-changing light experience.
